Softable works with AI and software inside the operations of mid-sized and large companies, which means handling sensitive data and systems. Here is how we treat security and privacy, in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

We collect only what is needed to respond to your interest: the contact details you provide (name, company, contact) and the project information you share with us. We do not sell data and do not use it for anything beyond running the engagement and the contracted project.
During projects, we access only the data and systems strictly required for the scope, always with authorization and under a formal agreement.
We process data on an appropriate legal basis (consent, contract execution and legitimate interest), respecting the data subject's rights: access, correction, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent.
In AI projects we apply the principles of minimization and purpose: data used to train, tune or run a model is restricted to the purpose agreed with the client.
Practices we follow: least-privilege access, secrets and credentials kept out of the codebase, per-client environment separation, and infrastructure on recognized cloud providers (e.g., AWS).
Reliable AI: where the process must be predictable we use a deterministic approach; where it must decide, an agentic one under control. The goal is software and AI that run in production without crashing and without hallucinating.
We work under NDA when the client requests it, and it is standard practice on sensitive projects. Custom code and models built for the client belong to the client, as set out in the contract.
